These are fun and easy exercise training you can do with the kids. It almost feels like you’re just playing at home! We’ll start with easy and basic stretching.

Then we’ll do simple fast-paced cardio moves, very similar to running. This will be followed by easy and basic single-muscle exercises. We’ll do this in two sets. Then we’ll end with a lovely stretch.
