WEEKLY KIDS EXERCISE: BURN CALORIES AND GET SLIM!

This intense exercise can help the kids burn a lot of calories, lose fat, and get a healthier and toned body. We’ll be doing a combination of HIIT training, multiple muscle exercises using the weight as resistance, and both standing and mat routines.

These movements are also functional, helping the kids move about safely and do regular activities with more ease and lesser risk of injuries.
