THE BEST HOME EXERCISE FOR CHILDREN

This home exercise can help the kids lose excess fat, keep the bones healthy, and help them manage weight. This also keeps them active so they have a perky and happy day at school.

We’ll start with simple stretching to warm up those kiddie muscles. Then we’ll do simple weight-bearing exercises that will not take up much space. These work out all the muscles of the body. We’ll do both standing and mat routines in two sets.
