30-MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR KIDS: EXERCISE AT HOME

This 32-minute exercise will get the kids moving, improve their muscular tone, and help them lose unhealthy fat at the same time. These exercises work out all the major and minor muscles of the body, so the kids get a complete body workout.

We’ll start with a stretch and cardio warmup. These are low-impact movements that elevate the heart rate without straining the kids too much. Then we’ll do weight-bearing exercises that target multiple muscles at the same time. So even with fewer movements, you can work out more areas of the body. Then the last phase consists of an ab workout on the mat. We’ll do this in two sets.
