This video features routines designed to burn calories and help children stay slim and fit, making fitness a fun part of their weekly routine.
]]>This video offers a variety of activities that help burn calories and promote fitness, perfect for making exercise a family affair.
]]>Perfect for all fitness levels, this routine helps kids develop a strong foundation while keeping it simple and enjoyable.
]]>And this is a simpler 30-minute routine for those who are beginners and don’t want to do any fancy movements. We’ll start with simple cardio routines followed by easy standing and mat exercises. We’ll do the floor exercises in two sets.
]]>These movements are also functional, helping the kids move about safely and do regular activities with more ease and lesser risk of injuries.
]]>We’ll do medium-impact cardio exercises, and this will be followed by weight-bearing exercises. This will be done all standing and the kids will use their own body weight as resistance. This can effectively build lean mass in the targeted areas, so the kids get a more toned and fit body.
]]>We’ll start with a stretch and cardio warmup. These are low-impact movements that elevate the heart rate without straining the kids too much. Then we’ll do weight-bearing exercises that target multiple muscles at the same time. So even with fewer movements, you can work out more areas of the body. Then the last phase consists of an ab workout on the mat. We’ll do this in two sets.
]]>We have curated 9 multiple-muscle exercises that engage all the major and minor muscles of the body. This will help us reach the maximum heart rate, so your kids burn more fat.
]]>This will be followed by a dynamic mat exercise that mobilizes multiple muscles at a time. Even the ab routines will require your kids to use more than just their abdominals. This will be done alternatingly with standing cardio exercises to amp up the fat-burning score.
