This routine will focus on these three muscle groups–arms, back, and shoulders. Apart from gaining mass and endurance, this also helps develop and strengthen the core. Kids need to engage their core a lot when they are working on more than one muscle group at a time.
The core exercise targets all parts of the abdominals. Each exercise also works out the back. The controlled movements help mobilize the spine and strengthen the muscle surrounding it. This will help your kids assume proper posture.
They’ll start with some warm-up and do an easy isolation workout for the arms and back. Then they’ll do intense compound exercises that target both muscle groups.
We’ll start off with a simple warm-up followed by muscle-specific exercises that target the belly and back.
They will strengthen and stretch out the posterior muscles that will in turn lead to a better posture and better mood!
These core challenging movements will be fun, tough and effective!
Although this will not be an easy one, it will keep challenging them in a fun way while working on building lean muscle!
Encourage your kids to move with proper form for greatest results and feeling their best!
The greatest benefit of building that strength is improved posture for feeling better as well as injury prevention. Get your kids feeling better now, press play!
It is mountain climber packed, with this exercise starting and leading every set in this training. They will also be paired up with static plank hold, swing backs, tricep dips, up downs and walk downs. Get the kids to move through every set of those climbers a little faster and stronger than the previous one!
