STRONG LEGS AND ARMS – DAILY KIDS WORKOUT

This routine for children will help strengthen their upper and lower body.

Starting on the ground with mountain climbers they will warm up their arms for tricep dips, kicks backs, up downs and push ups that follow in this set. After performing the set twice they will get a rest from the floor and move up to work on the legs with jumps, squats, lunges and jacks. After finishing the second superset 2 times, the challenge will be to go through all the exercises of the workout one more time with less breaks. Encourage your little team to finish this arm and leg strengthener!
