STRONG LEGS + FLAT TUMMY: LEGS & CORE EXERCISES FOR KIDS

Having a strong core and legs helps your kids have more opportunities in all physical activities. This helps them jump, run, climb, and do anything with more ease and less risk of injury. That’s why you need to strengthen both legs and core at the same time. Strong legs help them run with more ease while a strong core helps them have better endurance and better posture. This is a 2 in 1 exercise that helps you achieve such.

We’ll do dynamic exercises that mobilize the legs and the core. These functional movements compel the kids to engage their core all the time. There will be squats and lunge variations to help improve leg strength and endurance. We’ll also do mat routines that target these two body parts. We’ll do everything in two sets.
