STRONG ARMS WORKOUT – UPPER BODY EXERCISES FOR KIDS

This upper body workout will help kids build their strongest, leanest upper body.

First 2 sets will be using arm crossovers and lateral arm circles to warm up the joints, punches and walk downs to strengthen and prepping the body for further isolation floor work.
