STRETCHING EXERCISES TO GROW TALLER: KIDS EXERCISE

This 12-minute flexibility exercise can help the kids maximize their growth spurt as they can gain more height. Though height is often dictated by genes, you can still help the kids grow taller with the help of these stretching and flexibility movements. These helps improve blood flow and bone health, helping your kids grow taller.

We’ll do a single muscle exercise first. Then this will be followed by more complex flexibility movements that stretch multiple areas at a time.
