STRENGTH TRAINING FOR KIDS: STRONGER BONES, BETTER POSTURE

Let’s do some serious strength training routines for the kids. Weight-bearing exercises stimulate the bone to produce more bone tissue.

These exercises also force you to work against gravity, thus building up strength without the use of any equipment. This will consist of both dynamic and static standing exercises. We’ll also do a series of dynamic mat exercises.
