Can the kids still work out their core without doing crunches and sit-ups? Yes, they can! This 15-minute exercise is dedicated to the abdominals, but we will not be doing any situps or crunches. Instead, we’ll be doing an all-standing exercise routine.
This consists of functional exercises that will require them to engage their core a lot so that they can maintain stability. This amps up the core power. Then we’ll also do a couple of standing exercises that target the side abs.
