This Saturday’s 15-minute exercise challenge is the beast. We’ll be doing aerobic exercises that don’t need equipment. This will help the kids lose a lot of calories and burn more fat. This will also help strengthen the muscles of the body and keep them toned at the same time.
We’ll do medium-impact cardio exercises, and this will be followed by weight-bearing exercises. This will be done all standing and the kids will use their own body weight as resistance. This can effectively build lean mass in the targeted areas, so the kids get a more toned and fit body.
