QUICK BALANCE & STRETCH WARM UP FOR KIDS

This is more than your usual warm-up stretching! This is a dynamic flexibility exercise that will help your kids prevent injuries and increase their range of motion. We’ll begin with basic stretches.

Then we’ll do some flexibility exercise that helps elongate the spine, the limbs, and the torso. These exercises require your kids to isolate the core, helping them achieve more stability. We’ll do this in two sets.
