Core exercises can help your kids have a better posture. These help strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine, particularly the core muscles. This also helps keep the core stable. When the core is stable, it can act as a supportive base and can help better with postural control.
We’ll do a combination of standing core exercises and ab routines on the mat. These exercises work out all the parts of the abdomen, improving overall core strength. We’ll do this in two sets.
