UPPER BODY STRENGTHENING: KIDS HOME EXERCISE

This upper body strengthener for children will start by prepping them with a stretching set. Once they got their joints warm and ready, they will be coming down for 2 sets of hard work.

While the exercises are challenging, they will be getting adequate rest in between to allow their muscle to reset and get ready for another round of work. This workout will not only help them build strength through their arms, shoulders, chest but also improve their posture and make them feel more energized and confident. Time to move little guys and girls!
