This simple workout is great for kids who are just starting out. It contains only 6 exercises to ensure they are not overwhelmed while still getting a challenge.

The movements are simple to avoid distractions due to complexity, starting with the least challenging one and slowly progressing to slightly more challenging ones. The kids will get to repeat all exercises giving them a chance to work and improve on them with every round they perform.
