Kids Exercise Before Sleep – Evening Workout

This pre bed routine for your kids is a great way to burn off some end of the day energy for a better sleep.

The workout will start with core and leg activation in a form of diagonal abs, body extensions and rise and plie. Next set will bring them down to the ground to continue working the core and legs. The exercises selected are to be performed in a slow and deliberate manner to avoid raising the heart too high which will result into arousing the body to wake up. The sets will start out with higher pace to slowly bring them into a more relaxed state with stretching work just in time for bed.
