KIDS CAN EXERCISE FOR 16 MINUTES AT HOME

This full-body workout will target all the large and small muscle groups, ensuring that your kids get a wholesome and complete workout for the day.

We’ll start with a stretch and medium-impact cardio to prepare the body for multiple muscle movements. Then we’ll do medium impact weight-bearing exercise, which helps improve strength. This will be followed by mat routines that challenge the core, we’ll do the floor exercises in two sets.
