IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY IN 15 MINUTES – WORKOUT FOR KIDS

Flexibility exercises are a key component to enhance our kids’ range of motion and help them perform mundane activities with ease. These can also be fun for the kids and easy to do at the same time.

We’ll start with basic single-muscle exercises. This also serves as a warmup for compound movements. Then the second set consists of compound flexibility exercises that use more than one muscle group at a time.
