Get energized and lose a lot of fat with this fun high-intensity cardio training. The kids and the entire family can move to these exercise routines and expect to sweat a lot and burn a lot of fat.

We’ll start with a simple warm-up to prepare the body for more challenging exercises. Then there will be lots of hoping and jumping routines that can elevate the heart rate fast. We’ll do this in two sets.
