HALF AN HOUR KIDS EXERCISE: BURN CALORIES IN 30 MINUTES!

Lose unhealthy baby fats with this exercise routine. Your kids will also have a blast at the same time, they will surely find these exercises quite engaging and entertaining. We’ll start with a series of fast space cardio exercises. These mimic children’s play, and fun yet they can burn excess calories at the same time.

Then we’ll do compound exercises alternating with short bursts of cardio routines. This will be followed by a weight-bearing mat exercise. We’ll finish off with a nice and hearty stretch for the cool down.
