GOOD MORNING NON-IMPACT EXERCISES FOR KIDS

This quick Morning workout can help the kids stay alert and be ready for the full day ahead. This also serves as a warm up for a more productive day, helping the body adapt to challenging movements safely.

We’ll do non impact exercises, all beginner-friendly and easy on the knees. This will begin with a stretch and will be followed by light cardio routines. We’ll do a combination of standing and mat routines.
