GOOD MORNING HOME EXERCISES FOR KIDS

Let’s perk up your kids’ mornings with a stretching and flexibility exercise. Stretching is very helpful, especially when done every morning. This helps increase alertness, ease stress, aid in mobility, and loosen muscles. This will help your kids go about their daily activities with more ease and confidence.

We’ll kick off this routine with simple and basic stretching for single muscle groups. It will be followed by flexibility exercises that mobilize multiple muscles at a time.
