GOOD MORNING EXERCISES FOR KIDS: STANDING WORKOUT

This morning workout will help your children wake up in a gentle manner.

They will start with warm up work, getting blood moving throughout their waking body preparing them for the day ahead. Picking things up a little they will move through some lower impact cardio and strength movements while increasing their heart rate into full wakefulness.
