GOOD MORNING EXERCISE AND VARIATIONS WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Calf raises are crucial for stability. This exercise improves the strength of the lower muscles of the legs. Having stronger caves will help the kids have better stances, gait, and posture, and prevent injuries.

It also improves stability when they are walking or running. This consists of the basic calf exercise. Then we will be doing variations with movements that mobilize the calves, it’s just going to be more dynamic. We’ll do this in three sets.
