FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR KIDS: EXERCISE AT HOME

This is a quick whole body exercise that targets all the major and minor muscles of the body. We’re going to do a weight bearing compound exercises, standing and mat routines.

The kids will use their own body weight as resistance, thus helping them lose fat and toned body at the same time. We’ll also do a nice stretch at the end.
