FLAT TUMMY & STRONG CORE: EXERCISES FOR KIDS

Let’s burn some baby fats with this tummy and core workout. Your kids need just 15 minutes a day. This routine begins with HIIT training. The fast-paced cardio routines help speed up the metabolism, so your kids will be able to burn more fat.

We’ll do a standing workout alternating with HIIT routines. The last phase consists of dynamic mat exercises that help strengthen the core and build more muscles in the abdomen. We’ll do the mat routine in two sets.
