Fat To Fit Day 2: Best Standing Exercises For Kids

Day 2 of 2-day series for your kids to get fit will consist of standing exercises only.

To compliment the work that was completed in day 1, day 2 will be higher paced cardio dense. The kids will be using the muscle that was strengthened in day 1 to maintain higher speed and increase the heart rate. To ensure the heart rate has a chance to recover, the cardio movements will be paired up with some fun standing core work.
