EXERCISES TO LOSE BELLY FAT FOR 10 YEAR OLDS

This is an intermediate exercise that 10-year-olds will find fun and challenging at the same time. This combines cardio and core exercises.

We’ll do standing exercises that have a bit of cardio and strength component. This strengthens the major and minor muscles of the body. This will be followed by mat routines that focus on the belly, so the kids further lose fat in this stubborn area.
