ENGAGING STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES FOR KIDS

This is a 2-in-1 exercise routine that improves the kids’ strength and flexibility. This 30-minute exercise program can help improve muscular strength and endurance. These exercises also have a flexibility component and can improve the range of motion of the kids, helping them perform mundane activities, and even challenging ones with more ease and less risk of injuries.

We’ll start with warmup and this will be followed by weight-bearing exercises, both standing and mat routines. We’ll do this in two sets.
