This great workout for kids will help them get rid of any extra energy they might have before bed.

They have 3 supersets of 5 fun movements. First 2 they will get to speed it up with some higher more strenuous movements, while the last one will get them to do some slower paced groundwork. They will go to bed with their strongest core and wake up with a better posture.
