Day 3: Kids Arms & Chest Exercise

This workout for your children uses Tabata style of timing to keep work period of only 20 seconds following up with 20 second rest. During the 20 seconds is when they need to give it all they got to earn that rest!

Each of the 5 selected exercises will be repeated 3 times however, to wrap up each round they will also have to do burpees as a burnout to make sure they have nothing left in the tank!
