CONCENTRATION WORKOUT FOR KIDS: CROSSING THE MIDLINE EXERCISES FOR KIDS

These movements help the body cross from the right to the left side and vice versa. All the movements help strengthen the core and improve balance and coordination skills. We’ll do simple functional movements that help improve their gross motor skills.

This crossing the midline exercises will also help them improve their concentration, so they can better focus on a task given to them at hand. This also helps improve attention and working memory.
