This is a well-rounded exercise that can improve all the facets of fitness. Your kids will get healthier, stronger, more agile, and more flexible with this 30-minute exercise. Do this for 21 days and see amazing results.

We will start with a nice stretch to prep the muscles for more challenging routines. Then we will do low to medium intensity cardio exercises. The next phase consists of weight-bearing exercises that engage more muscles at the same time. We’ll do this in two sets.
