Throw a short fun workout on! These simple movements won’t scare away even the most unmoving little guys and girls.
This upper body training for the little guys is targeted to strengthen their shoulders and back.
It is mountain climber packed, with this exercise starting and leading every set in this training. They will also be paired up with static plank hold, swing backs, tricep dips, up downs and walk downs. Get the kids to move through every set of those climbers a little faster and stronger than the previous one!
