This double routine will help your kids lose more fat in the tummy and get lean and lanky legs. We are doing more squats and images, basic and variations. Squats and lunges are king when it comes to leg shaping. You also mobilize fat away from the legs with this exercise.

Then as you exercise the legs, you also work on the core. You have to keep the belly engaged as you finish each leg exercise, thus, resulting in abdominal fat loss. The second phase consists of dynamic mat exercises that focus on the abs and minor muscles of the body. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
