Best Kids Exercises For Arms

This great workout for kids will target their arms, to strengthen them while having fun.

The workout consists of 4 sets alternating between standing cardio and floor work. Cardio to help warm up the joints to prevent injuries, as well as increase the heart rate to put it into workout zone. Floor work will tackle on adding some strength and endurance. Variety of movements and quick switches will make sure they are constantly moving while strengthening and leaning out their arms.
