AT-HOME CORE EXERCISES CAN IMPROVE KIDS POSTURE

Get rid of that slouching habit and get a better posture with this core strengthening workout. To get a better posture, it’s not only the back muscles that are important, you also have to strengthen the muscles that surround the spine such as the core. And this is a quick 15-minute routine that will help the kids achieve just that.

We will start with a simple flexibility exercise to prep the body. Then we will proceed with a combination of back and core strengthening routines. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
