ARMS & CORE EXERCISES FOR KIDS: IMPROVE POSTURE & FLEXIBILITY

Obtaining proper posture and optimum flexibility is important for the kids. It helps them have better range of motion so they can perform activities easier and with less risk of injuries. And this arm and core exercise routine will help them improve these facets.

We’ll be doing exercises that target these 2 muscle groups. This consists of standing exercise and mat routines that focus on these two muscle groups. We’ll do this in two sets.
