ADD CORE EXERCISES TO CHILDREN’S WORKOUT ROUTINE

Core routines are essential in keeping a strong and stable body. This helps your kids maintain balance and stability in whatever physical activity they do. This also helps keep excess fat in the abdomen at bay.

It’s easy to squeeze in this 15-minute core exercise. This will be all mat routines that targets all the muscles of the abdominals, the mid, upper and side abs. We’ll do this in two sets.
