ACHIEVE BALANCE AND COORDINATION: INTERACTIVE EXERCISES FOR CHILDREN

This is a quick 15-minute balance and coordination exercise program that requires all the muscles to work together. We’ll do a series of movements that warrant the coordination of all the muscles, joints, bones, and tendons from the body.

This also helps keep the kids’ balance and improves mind and body coordination. We’ll do a couple of bilateral exercises that help improve coordination and function-oriented challenges that help improve balance.
