Kids Workout For Beginners – Easy Simple Exercises

This great workout is great for kids who are just starting out. It will teach them how to stretch out and warm up the body by using slower paced movements and get it ready for the higher paced parts of the workout.

Then they will get to put it into practice by picking it up with classic cardio movements such as jumping jacks and punches, all while working through slower paced core strengthening movements in between to ensure and give them an active break time. The finisher will be a brief core burner circuit to not only make it firmer but also prepare it for their next workout!
