This workout is not just fun, it is intended to be an endurance builder. Once your kids go through round 1 of all 8 exercises, they will get to repeat them again but with shorter breaks which will encourage them to work a little harder. 3rd set will be adding few repetitions to each exercise for a further challenge. As energy will be dropping towards the end of the workout last 4th round will return the extra break time.
