Losing weight and fat doesn’t always have to include fast-paced complicated movements. While dynamic exercises are one of the fastest ways to lose fat, simple movements can also help your kids keep fat at bay.

And this is a simpler 30-minute routine for those who are beginners and don’t want to do any fancy movements. We’ll start with simple cardio routines followed by easy standing and mat exercises. We’ll do the floor exercises in two sets.
