If your kids want a fun yet effective cardio routine, we have your back! We’ll do a series of fun exercises that will increase their heart rate, and they’ll feel like playing in their own fun yard.

There will be lots of skipping, hopping, and jumping exercises. These are also fun leg workouts that target the major muscles of the body.
