7 DAY KIDS CHALLENGE: Belly + Arms Workout

This 7 day challenge is tailored to strengthen your kids core and arm muscles.

The workout is split into 3 parts. First 2 will be all standing and will work on getting blood moving through their body to improve their cardio while getting them to active their core muscles, that will be instrumental in keeping them strong and lean. Last set will be the lengthiest one and it will concentrate on core oriented cardio and upper body work that will further utilize those warmed up core muscles.
