7 Day Challenge – Burn Body Fat Workout For Kids

This great 7-day challenge will keep your kids on their toes, yes lots of cardio! 3 sets of cardio movements will be repeated 3 times, and for an added burn after completing the third round they will have a mini challenge.

The challenge consists of performing one minute of forward jumps with walk downs without a rest. Encourage them to move for the full minute as they get a nice rest right after!
