5 DAYS OF FUN AND DYNAMIC EXERCISE FOR KIDS

Dynamic exercise is a great way to amp up your kids’ fitness levels. This routine expands the body’s core and promotes blood flow to the muscles preparing for the activity. And since kids will be kids, we’re going to do routines that they will look forward to.

We have lots of skipping and jumping movements that the kids will surely love. These are all standing exercises and will be followed with a relaxing stretch to gradually lower the heart rate.
