5-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE: GET STRONG AND SAVE THE DAY AT HOME

Let’s do some serious strength training! This 5-day fitness challenge will help your kids gain muscle mass and increase their muscular strength and endurance. This will help them do more in school and at home.

We’re going to target multiple muscles at a time. We’ll do compound muscle exercise that targets all parts at a time. This will be followed by core strengthening exercises that target all muscles of the abdominals.
